HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER

We ship via quickest courier available! Every shipment comes with tracking.

Your package will arrive 2-5 business days after it has been shipped. We only ship to Canadian addresses.

Orders placed and paid for by 2PM EST are shipped within 24 Hours (Monday to Friday).

Shipping fees

$20 flat rate shipping fee for any order under $200. Free shipping is applied to any order over $200.

Payment

All orders are final. Once donation is received, we do not issue refunds.
All orders are paid via Email Money Transfer. You will receive donation instructions after checkout via text message.
Make sure the amount, security question, and password are accurate, in order to have your order processed in a timely manner. Please use English!
We do not hold stock for orders awaiting donation. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Delays in receipt of donation can result in items in your cart going out of stock in the meantime.

What happens if I never got my order? 

Once a shipment has left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. You will receive accurate tracking info by email. You can also view tracking by logging into your account, messaging our chat or reaching out by email.  Clients are 100% responsible for the accuracy of shipping information.

Shipping time

The time it takes for you to receive your order will depend on the where you are located.
The general time frame for a package is 2-3 business days, while rural areas can take up to 5 business days.
